Compressor Selection Principles

① The compressor capacity should be determined by multiplying the total mechanical load of each evaporation temperature system by the operating time coefficient. Except for special requirements, machines are generally not used.
② When selecting a reciprocating piston Freon compressor, a two-stage compressor should be used when the compression ratio is greater than 10; Single stage compression should be used if it is less than or equal to 10. The Freon two-stage compression system should generally adopt a one-stage throttling with incomplete cooling in the middle.
③ Generally, some equipment such as coolers, oil separators, condensers, and liquid receivers in cold storage should be compatible with the refrigeration capacity of Freon refrigeration compressors.
④ The working conditions for selecting Freon refrigeration compressors shall not exceed the limited working conditions specified by Shenzhen cold storage enterprises.
⑤ In Freon refrigeration systems, regenerative cycles should generally be used.
⑥ The operating hours of the refrigeration compressor can generally be 12-16 hours per day and night for Shenzhen cold storage with a capacity of 5-100 tons.
