Components of Film Blowing Machine
Film blowing machine is mainly composed of extruder, machine head, die head, cooling device, foam stabilizing frame, herringbone plate, traction roller, take-up device, etc.
Extruder
The extruder is mainly composed of screw, barrel, hopper, reducer and drive motor; through the belt drive reducer, the reducer drives the screw to rotate in the barrel;The screw adopts a special structure, which is equipped with a special mixing device at a certain section of the screw.When working, it depends on the surrounding plastic to support centering. The axial force of the screw shaft is borne by the bearing between the reducer and the screw. To ensure the conveying capacity and stable extrusion quality.headThe machine head is composed of three parts: filter screen, filter plate and machine head gland. In order to adapt to the production of plastic materials containing more impurities, this unit adopts a right-angle head structure with a large filtration area, while considering high pressure, low pressure and mixing The material and the regenerated material have a large work viscosity, a reasonable choice is made for the design of the material flow path, and the filter motor is extruded by the drive motor of the extruder, so it can be adapted to a single screen change operation.
Die head
The die head adopts advanced spiral die head structure. Based on the special characteristics of high pressure, low pressure, mixed materials and recycled polyethylene materials, the main technologies such as helix angle, slope angle, fixed angle length, die opening and other main technologies are designed. The parameters are selected and optimized through multiple comparison tests. It has the advantages of large internal pressure, stable and uniform extrusion, good film strength performance, and good matching of the seamless line with the extruder of this unit. When the ratio of materials to recycled materials is used for blown film production, there is no need to replace the die head; various die heads can be prepared according to user needs, and the replacement operation can be completed by one person. It is simple, safe, convenient, and fast.
Cooling device
It is composed of cooling air ring, blower, etc. The cooling air ring is an externally cooled adjustable air ring, which can adjust the opening degree of the inlet tuyere. It is easy to operate and is conducive to the control of film thickness and uniformity.
Bubble stabilizer
This unit adopts adjustable ring and shaped rod adjustable structure to stabilize the bubble frame, the adjustment range is large, the operation is convenient to adjust, the bubble tube is stable, which creates conditions for the coiling tube to be flat.
Traction assisted machine
The auxiliary traction machine is composed of main components such as a traction frame, a herringbone plate, a traction roller, a winding mechanism and a traction motor. The traction motor of this unit adopts an electromagnetic slip type motor, which drives two pairs of traction rollers through the deceleration part and simultaneously drives the winding machine. The herringbone plate is fixed on the fixing frame under the traction roller, and the angle adjustment can be adjusted freely according to the blown thin specification. The two pairs of traction rollers are composed of rubber rollers and steel rollers, which can effectively prevent gas from escaping and ensure coiling. The traction frame adopts an assembled structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and is conducive to transportation and loading and unloading. The take-up device adopts an effective central take-up mechanism with constant tension. The device is driven by the sprocket to drive the friction plate, the friction plate drives the large gear, and then drives the take-up shaft, thus ensuring that the take-up diameter changes from small to large, and its friction force The size can be controlled by adjusting the spring force.Air compressionThe compressed air output from the air compressor and the storage tank enter the center hole of the spiral core rod of the die head through the outlet valve of the tank.The gas enters the center of the bubble tube through the center hole of the mandrel, and blows out the plastic to form a film in the shape of a bubble tube.
Electrical control
The electrical control is equipped with a unit operation cabinet. The main power button is used to switch on the main power and turn on the motor switch. The button and switch can be used to control the electric heating of the fuselage, tee and die, respectively. The key parts adopt thermocouple automatic temperature measurement and automatic temperature controller. In the normal production process, the temperature can be automatically controlled to ensure that the production process is stable, reliable.
Maintenance Film Blowing Machine
Feeder system: Clean the filter in time and check whether there is air leakage in the negative pressure feeding system.
Extruder system:
● Observe the pressure gauge and main motor current, and clean the net changer in time
● Check the gearbox, screw, main motor for noise and overheating
● Check the frequency, current and temperature rise of the frequency converter, and clean the motor and frequency converter dust on time.
● Calibration of thermocouple measurement and actual temperature error.
● Correct the placement of the extruder and adjust the groove wheel to ensure the placement Angle and level of the extruder.
Die System:
● Take the second heating method to avoid the temperature overshoot.
● Clean the material with pure copper scraper before the operation, clean the membrane mouth with paraffin, reduce the effect of precipitant on the membrane bubble.
● After stopping the machine, timely cover the protective felt to avoid mold damage.(This method is adopted for upper blower)
● Regularly check the temperature area and the temperature and current of the membrane heating plug, and correct the temperature difference.
● Calibration die head level and center point and traction matching.
● Mold screw removal using torque wrench, according to the specified torque operation, the high-temperature part of the screw using molybdenum disulfide grease.
● Forbid to carry on welding, cutting to die.
Air ring maintenance: Timely clean up debris and dust in the air ring.
Maintenance of traction device: Herringbone folding is pollution-free, the pressure of clamping traction (cooling) roller is appropriate, there is no condensed water, and the leveling roller is flexible in operation.
Corona processor maintenance:
● Regularly clean the high-voltage transformer, discharge roller, discharge rack, electric control box, adjust the discharge gap;
● Check the humidity of the equipment before starting, avoid short circuit of the discharge bracket, check the running temperature of the discharge roller bearing,
● Timely replacement of silica gel tube.
