Compressor Maintenance And Repair

The maintenance and repair of compressors must be carried out under the guidance of qualified personnel
1. Compressed air and electrical appliances are both dangerous. During maintenance or repair, it should be confirmed that the power supply has been cut off, and warning signs such as "maintenance" or "no opening" should be hung at the power supply to prevent harm caused by others switching on and transmitting power;
2. When stopping for maintenance, it is necessary to wait for the entire compressor to cool down and the compressed air in the system to be safely released. Maintenance personnel should try to avoid any exhaust ports in the compressor system and close the corresponding isolation valves as much as possible;
When cleaning the components of the unit, non corrosive and safe solvents should be used, and the use of flammable, explosive, and volatile cleaning agents is strictly prohibited;
4. After the compressor has been running for a period of time, it is necessary to regularly inspect the safety valve and other protection systems to ensure their sensitivity and reliability, usually once a year;
5. The spare parts of the compressor must be provided by the original factory, and the screw oil must be the special oil designated by the company for the screw compressor. It is strictly prohibited to mix the two brands of oil, otherwise it may cause serious accidents due to system coking.
