1: If you buy two identical machines, please use a meter to measure the winding resistance. If it is a new machine, it must be consistent.
2: If buying a machine, please smell the strong odor at the high-pressure port of the machine during pressure testing or test the exhaust port for discoloration with an open flame (the lighter's fire should be yellow, and discoloration indicates that it has been used and has been filled with fluorine. Even if the machine is cleaned with any solvent, it cannot be cleaned thoroughly)
3: The paint of the new original compressor is water-soluble or fluorocarbon paint, with a very uniform and smooth surface. In high-temperature environments, the paint surface is not sticky and has no paint smell, and refurbishing machines are mostly produced by small manufacturers, which cannot achieve this level.
4: Another aspect is the trademark. The original machine's trademark has clear handwriting, appropriate font and pattern ratio, no burrs on the edges of the trademark, and the model on the nameplate must match the machine. Otherwise, it is not ruled out that it is a refurbished machine.
5: The high and low pressure nozzles of the new compressor are all welded by high-frequency welding on the production line, and the pipes are all new, with no welding slag on the inner wall. As long as the above points are achieved, I believe it is not difficult to identify another original brand new compressor.
