What Machines Are Used To Produce Plastic Bags?

Plastic bag production relies on a range of specialized equipment, from raw materials to finished product throughout the production process. Here are the main equipment and functions needed for plastic bag production:
1.Plastic Pelletizer
Purpose: Recycle waste plastic (e.g. plastic bottles, plastic sheeting) or newly purchased plastics (e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene) to create uniform plastic particles by heating, melting, squeezing, granulating, etc.
Purpose: Granulator is a key equipment for recycling or customizing plastic granulation.
2.Diaphragm blower
What it does: When the plastic particles are heated and melted, an extruder squeezes the molten plastic into tubular films. It is then blown, cooled, stretched and wound into a continuous sheet of plastic.
Classification:

Upward Blowing: Suitable for producing thicker films (such as industrial bags).
