Because single-layer casting can not do single-side sticking, the application field is limited. Single and double layer casting is not as wide as three-layer casting in material selection, and the formula cost is high, so the three-layer co-extrusion structure is ideal. Because single-layer casting can not do single-sided adhesion, the application field is limited, so single and double layer casting in material selection is not as widely used as three-layer casting, and the formula cost is high, so the market is mainly based on more co-extrusion structures with more than three layers
There are three main ways to use PE wrap film:
1. Hand winding film: This is mainly the use of manual packaging, manual winding film generally has low quality requirements, the weight of each roll is generally about 4KG, 5KG, to facilitate the operation;
2. Machine winding film: machine winding film using mechanical packaging, mainly rely on the movement of the goods to drive the die roll packaging, for the tensile strength of the film is relatively high, for the tensile rate of the film also have certain requirements, the general tensile rate requirements in 300%, product roll weight 15KG;
3. Machine pre-stretched wrap film: This kind of wrap film is mainly used for mechanical packaging.
