Aba Blown Film Machine

According to the melting theory of plastics, the extruder screw of ABA film blowing machine is divided into three sections: feeding section, melting section and homogenizing section. At the end of the feeding section and the beginning of the melting section, according to the melting theory, the temperature should be the viscous flow temperature. The viscous flow temperature of various film blowing machines are PP: 164-175℃, PE: 105-135℃, PA: 195-210℃.

At the inlet of the feed section, it is desirable to have a lower temperature so that the viscous flow of the resin does not block the feed inlet. In addition, the resin will be continuously compressed in the feeding section, and the air will be discharged backward from the feeding port. According to different equipment structures, although the charging port is not electrically heated, the temperature of the charging port is about 50-90 degrees through heat transfer through the cylinder. In this way, the temperature of the feed section is determined. The entrance is 50-90 degrees, and the end is equal to the melting point or viscous flow temperature. In this section, it can be defined as proportional linear temperature rise. The melting section of the PE blown film machine starts, and the temperature reaches the viscous flow temperature to melt. For crystalline resins, the viscous flow temperature is equal to the melting point temperature. Then, the molten layer is increased by continuous compression, and the temperature needs to be kept rising, so that the molecular chain length of the resin changes, and polymers with different thermal kinetic energy are melted one after another. Therefore, after the temperature at the end of the melting section is determined, it can be determined that the rest of the section is heated linearly.
