4) Check whether the transmission line connector is loose and whether the line is damaged

5) Clear all tools and various materials that are not related to production on the equipment, and no items are allowed to be stored above

6) Check that there is no foreign matter in the hopper and clean it up

7) Turn on the mold temperature and set the appropriate processing temperature according to the raw materials used. When the mold temperature reaches 80 degrees, turn on the tee temperature. When the tee temperature reaches 80 degrees, the temperature of the three areas of the screw and the two sets of clip chains The temperature of the machine is turned on at the same time

8) Prepare blades, steel rulers, thickness gauges, wrenches, rolling wheels, copper skin, paraffin, gloves and other tools
