LLDPE (low-density polyethylene) blown film machine is used to manufacture plastic films by extruding plastic particles (usually in powder or pellet form) through a circular die and then inflating it like a balloon using air pressure. LLDPE is commonly used to produce plastic bags, packaging materials, and agricultural films. The process involves melting the plastic granules in an extruder, passing it through a die to form a tube, then inflating it through the use of air pressure. The tube is then cooled and flattened into a flat film. The machine can be manual or fully automated, depending on the production requirements
