Common faults with T-shirt baggers include the following:
Stepper motor failure: When the machine is turned on, the stepper motor makes an abnormal sound and is unable to enter the film. It may be a steering error in the main motor that needs to be adjusted in the correct direction, or a malfunction in the stepper motor driver. Turn off the main power supply, reconnect the power, and you're good to go. In addition, the stepper motor torque is obviously reduced, which leads to the inaccuracy of the bag size. Maybe there was something faulty with the stepper driver, or there is a blockage in the connection between the rubber roller and the step motor. Timely inspection and repair are required.
Inaccurate film feeding size: film feeding size more than 5mm shorter than the pre-adjusted size. It may be that the sensitivity of the photoelectric eye is poorly regulated, or the polarity is not chosen correctly. It may also be a photovoltaic switch leaking to the ground or a terminal short circuit. The photoelectric switch need to be replaced. In addition, if the feed rate is lower than the feed rate, the feed size is not accurate. Loosen each press and check the performance of the discharge part.
Inaccurate photovoltaic tracking: Inaccurate photoelectric tracking during bagging may be due to incorrect photoelectric eye adjustment method and working state choices that need to be correctly adjusted according to instructions, or to a large error in the length of the preconditioning film and the actual bag size, the need to reset the pipe length or adjust the pressure and adjustment device, or to the high resistance or poor quality of the film during bagging that needs to be inspected and replaced.
3. Low discharge speed or abnormal operation: Low discharge speed or abnormal operation may be due to poor contact with the switch in the eye position or poor cam angle, requiring adjustment or replacement, or damage to thyristors or rectifiers on the circuit boards that regulate discharge speed, requiring repair or replacement.
Uneven incision: Uneven incision may be caused by wear and tear or improper adjustment of machine's tool, which requires timely replacement or adjustment.
Film breakage or glue leakage: Film breakage or glue leakage may be due to poor film quality or improper tension adjustment, the film needs to be inspected and replaced, or the tension of the film needs to be adjusted.
Machine noise or vibration: Machine noise or vibration may be due to improper installation of the machine or wear and tear of machine accessories and may need to be reinstalled or replaced.
Slow bag making: Slow bag making may be due to a lack of machine tension or low set speed. You need to adjust the tension or increase the setting speed.
Motor operation anomaly: Abnormal motor operation may be caused by motor malfunction or motor power instability. You need to check the motor or power supply.
Control panel malfunction: control panel malfunction. You need to replace control panel and reset the program.
