The Bagging Process Has Several Main Functions

The bagging process usually has several main functions, including material feeding, sealing, cutting and bagging.
In the feeding section, the flexible packaging film fed by the roller is unwound through a feeding roller. The feed roller is used to move the film within the machine to perform the desired operation. Feeding is usually a batch operation, such as sealing, cutting and other operations are carried out during the feeding stop. The dance roller is used to maintain a constant tension on the film roll. To maintain tension and critical feeding accuracy, a feeder and dancing roller are required.

In the sealing section, the temperature-controlled sealing element is moved to contact the film for a specific length of time in order to properly seal the material. Sealing temperatures and sealing times vary according to material type and need to be maintained at different machine speeds. The seal element configuration and associated machine format depend on the type of seal specified in the bag design. In most machine operation forms, the sealing process is accompanied by the cutting process, and both operations are carried out at the completion of feeding.
During cutting and code bag operation, operations such as sealing are usually carried out during the non-feed cycle of the machine. Similar to the sealing process, cutting and bagging operations also determine the optimal machine form. In addition to these basic functions, the execution of additional operations such as zippers, perforated bags, tote bags, tamper-proof seals, bag mouths, hat crown treatments, etc., may depend on the design of the bag. Attachments attached to the base machine are responsible for performing such additional operations.
