The first load operation of the compressor is carried out after empty running and blowing completion. The compressor should operate under load according to the following requirements [8]:
1. After driving, gradually close the vent valve or oil water blowing valve and operate for 1 hour at 1/4 of the rated pressure of the compressor; Operate at 1/2 rated pressure for 4-8 hours.
2. After the compressor operates at minimum pressure and there are no abnormalities, the pressure must gradually increase;
3. For large high-pressure compressors, the operating time at nominal pressure shall not be less than 24 hours;
4. During operation, check the following items:
1. The pressure, temperature, and supply of lubricating oil. The oil pressure must not be lower than 1 kg/cm2 before being fed into the distribution pipeline system. The lubricating oil humidity inside the crankcase or body should not exceed 60 ℃ for compressors with cross heads. The temperature without a crosshead shall not exceed 70 ℃.
2. The compressor runs smoothly and the sound of all moving parts should be normal.
3. Measure the inlet and outlet water temperatures and check the supply of cooling water. The cooling water should not flow intermittently or have bubbles or blockages. The drainage temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 40 ℃.
4. All connecting flange parts, shaft seals, inlet and outlet valves, cylinder heads, and water jackets must not leak air, oil, or water.
5. The inlet and outlet valves should operate normally and have sensitive safety valves.
6. All connecting parts must not be loose.
7. The measurement of exhaust temperature and pressure values at all levels should comply with the provisions of various technical conditions.
8. The heating condition and current value of the motor should comply with regulations.
After the operation is completed, dismantle and inspect the following items:
1. Disassemble all levels of air valves and cylinder front covers, check the friction condition of the cylinder mirror surface, and identify the cause if there are any friction marks.
2. Check the friction condition on the surface of the piston rod, and there should be no wear marks or scratches.
3. Disassemble all levels of air valves, check the fit between the valve discs and the valve body, and replace them with spare parts if there are cracks on the valve discs.
4. Check the friction between the cross sliding plate and the friction surface with the body guide rail.
5. Disassemble the connecting rod big end bearing and crosshead pin, and check the friction condition of the friction surface.
6. Replace the lubricating oil inside the machine body. After the initial operation of the compressor; Due to the running in of various parts and the cleaning effect of lubricating oil, a large amount of finely ground metal powder enters the lubricating oil. Therefore, after 24 hours of operation, the machine should replace all lubricating oil. After running for 200 hours, change the oil again. After two replacements, change the oil according to the regular maintenance requirements.
In order to ensure uniform lubrication, it is necessary to have sufficient lubricating oil in all parts during the initial operation.
