Features and advantages
Central impression flexo printing machine after the plate is registered, it can be printed immediately after starting up, no need to register again, and the yield rate can be improved.
Replace a set of plate rollers (unload 6 old plate rollers, install 6 new plate rollers and fasten them), and register printing can be carried out in only 20 minutes.
This unit is installed for the first time. When the machine is running at a speed of 50m/Min, it adopts an electric quantitative positioning and fast registration system, which can complete the vertical/horizontal registration within 1 and a half minutes;
The highest production speed can reach 180m/min, the set accuracy is ± 0.1, and the overprint accuracy will not change during the running and lifting speed process.
The tension of the base material can be maintained when the machine is stopped, and the base material will not be displaced.
The whole machine production line realizes continuous production without stopping from feeding to finished product winding, maximizing the yield of products
It has the characteristics of precise structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and high degree of automation, and only needs one person to operate.
